PRINT SUBMISSION FORM

    This page is for PRINT submissions only.  At least 3 days before the PRINT competition please submit your name, email address, your photos name, and upload a 2 MB maximum file of your print. This information will be used  in filling out the spreadsheet to be used to record the judges scores, for submitting the winners, (i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Honorable Mentions) in each category for our End of Year completion, and to publish the winning photos on this website.

    Please use the same naming convention  (See "File name format examples" on the "COMPETITION RULES & HOW TO ENTER" page)  we always use, so the print chairman knows whose photos they are and in what category they belong.

    ( Category Letter_Initials_Photo Title.JPG )
    ● Pictorial: P_JQP_Title.jpg
    ● Monochrome: M_JQP_Title.jpg
    ● Nature: N_JQP_Title.jpg

You can download these fillable print labels to be affixed on to the back of each of your PRINT entries. Please place them on the back in the upper right hand side.
